Taylor whips up the ultimate brunch upgrade with pancake tacos filled with peaches, pancetta, and a buttery brown sugar compote. Sweet, salty, and made in under ten minutes, this creative twist is perfect for impressing guests at your next brunch. Pancake Tacos: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/pancake-tacos Ingredients Pancake Tacos: 2 (4 oz) packages pre-diced pancetta 2 cups pancake mix (follow box directions or see below for Kodiak mix recipe) 1 cup water 1 cup milk 2 tbsp salted butter Whipped cream Maple syrup Confectioners’ sugar Peach Compote: 1 stick salted butter 4 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 peach, diced (leave the skin on) 1 tsp arrowroot powder or cornstarch Avocado oil Directions 1. Preheat the griddle to medium-high heat. Place a small pot on the back corner of the griddle to preheat. 2. Add the pancetta to the griddle and sauté for about 2 minutes, tossing occasionally. Continue cooking until the pancetta is fully crisp and golden, then remove it from the griddle and set aside. 3. Dice the peach into small pieces, leaving the skin on. 4. Once the pot is heated, add the butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract to start the peach compote. 5. Add a small amount of avocado oil to the griddle and sauté the diced peaches over medium heat for 3–4 minutes, tossing halfway through to allow the natural sugars to caramelize. 6. Transfer the sautéed peaches to the pot with the butter mixture and stir to combine. In a small bowl, mix the arrowroot or cornstarch with an equal amount of water to make a slurry, then slowly whisk it into the pot until the compote thickens. Keep warm on low heat. 7. In a medium bowl, combine the pancake mix, water, and milk, and stir until smooth. 8. Lower the griddle heat to medium-low. Melt the butter on the surface and pour small amounts of pancake batter to form mini pancakes that will act as taco shells. 9. Cook the pancakes for 2–3 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. 10. Remove the pancakes from the griddle and place them in a taco holder so they fold in half while still warm. 11. Fill each pancake taco with a spoonful of peach compote and a handful of crispy pancetta. 12. Top each with whipped cream, a sprinkle of confectioners’ sugar, and a drizzle of maple syrup. 13. Serve immediately and enjoy! Preheat your Blackstone griddle to low heat. 2. Drizzle cooking oil on the griddle, add the minced garlic, and stir while it heats until fragrant. 3. Increase the heat to medium-high, add the chorizo, and cook until fully browned. Remove from the griddle and set aside. 4. Reduce the griddle to low heat, place the tortillas on the surface, flip once, and cook until lightly browned and warmed through. Remove from the heat. 5. Spread refried beans over each tortilla, then top with cooked chorizo and both shredded cheeses. Drizzle a small amount of water on the griddle and cover the pizzas with a lid or basting dome for a few minutes to melt the cheese. 6. Turn off the heat and add shredded lettuce, diced tomato, cilantro, and crumbled queso fresco. Drizzle with crema and hot sauce, then sprinkle with Blackstone Street Taco seasoning. 7. This astonishing Stovetop Skillet Pizza is so fast & easy to make, top it with your favorite Toppings or use our Recipe. Great for Lunch or Dinner with a Salad on the side. Stovetop Skillet Pizza Ingredients: 250 gr Flour 1/4 tsp Salt 1 tsp Italian Seasoning 2 tsp Baking Powder 150 ml cold Water Oil Topping: Pizza Sauce Cheddar Cheese, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 1/4 Red Onion, sliced 1 Sweet Pepper, sliced 2-3 Honey Ham Slices, diced 2 Green Onions, chopped Pour Flour, Salt, Italian Seasoning, Baking Powder on Table. Make a well and fill with Water. Use a fork and slowly work everything together. Knead long enough until the Dough comes together. Form a ball & set aside. On high heat, add 1 tbsp Oil to large Skillet. Sauté Red Onion & Sweet Pepper, season with Salt & Italian Seasoning, set aside. Press and form the Dough out to approx. 10" In same Skillet on med/high heat add a little Oil. Place Dough in Skillet and cover. Cook until golden & bubbles. Flip the Crust over. Top with Pizza Sauce, Cheddar Cheese, Onion/ Sweet Pepper, Ham and Mozzarella Cheese. Cover with Lid and cook on med heat until bottom is cooked thru & crisp. Remove Lid and sprinkle with Green Onions. Enjoy!

Baked Beef Koftas Ingredients: 1 lb Ground Beef 1/2 tsp Pepper 3/4 tsp Salt 2 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Allspice 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 2-3 tsp Garlic Chili Sauce 1 med Onion, grated/squeezed 3 Garlic Cloves, minced 2/3 cup Parsley or Cilantro, chopped Oil Combine Beef, Pepper, Salt, Cumin, Allspice, Paprika, Cinnamon, Chili Sauce, Onion, Garlic & Parsley. Cover with Plastic Wrap. Refrigerate 30 Minutes to marinate. Preheat Oven 450°F Line Baking Sheet with Foil & coat lightly with Oil. Divide Meat Mixture in 6 Portion. Shape in Koftas and place on Baking Sheet. Bake 10-12 Minutes or internal Temp is 160°-165°F Enjoy!

Pat the chicken thighs dry and season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. 2. Sweet and Simple Stir Fry: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/sweet-and-simple-stir-fry Ingredients Cooking oil 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs ¾ cup teriyaki sauce 2 Tbsp garlic paste or several cloves garlic, minced 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced 1 cup green bell pepper, sliced 1 cup onion, sliced 2 cups zucchini, sliced 1 cup coleslaw mix ½ cup carrots, shredded 1–2 lbs stir-fry noodles (recommended: Ka'Me Udon Stir-Fry Noodles) Salt and black pepper, to taste Garnish Fresh cilantro, chopped Sriracha hot sauce Sesame seeds Directions 1. Place the chicken pieces in a resealable bag with ¾ cup teriyaki sauce and garlic. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours. 2. Preheat the Blackstone griddle on high heat. 3. Drizzle oil onto the hot griddle and spread it evenly. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until it is about three-quarters done, then push it to one side. 4. Add a little more oil to the other side of the griddle. Add the red pepper, green pepper, onion, zucchini, coleslaw mix, and carrots. Stir and cook until the vegetables begin to soften. 5. Mix the chicken and vegetables together on the griddle and continue cooking, stirring often, so everything cooks evenly without burning. 6. Add the noodles and toss them with the chicken and vegetables. Season with salt and black pepper, and mix well. 7. Drizzle with extra teriyaki sauce, stir to coat, and cook for another minute. 8. Remove from the griddle and transfer to a serving dish. Top with cilantro, sriracha, and sesame seeds. 9. Serve hot and enjoy! Preheat Oven 400°F. Line Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper. Combine Beef, Rice, Onion, Parsley, Oregano, Parmesan, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Egg, BBQ Sauce & Bread Crumbs, mix well. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to low heat and drizzle a little cooking oil, spreading it evenly across the surface. 2. Place the bacon on the griddle, press it down with a bacon press, and flip it often to cook evenly without burning. Remove once done and cut each slice in half. 3. Divide the sausage into two 6-ounce patties and cook them on the griddle. Flip once the first side is seared and continue cooking. 4. Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisk them with the heavy whipping cream, and season with SPG. Pour the mixture into a large silicone omelet ring on the griddle and cook until nearly set. Fold the omelet into thirds and cut it into two pieces. 5. Place the croissant bread slices on the griddle, toast until lightly browned on both sides, then remove. 6. When the sausage patties are nearly done, top each one with a slice of cheddar cheese and allow it to melt. 7. Preheat your griddle or stovetop on high heat. Place the cast iron skillet on top and allow it to heat for 5–6 minutes. Add oil and let it get hot. 2. Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly and place them in a bowl. Pour in enough buttermilk to cover them completely and let them soak briefly. 3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Remove the mushrooms from the buttermilk and toss them in the seasoned flour mixture until well-coated. Check the salmon fillet for bones and remove any you find. 2. Slice the fillet into three long strips lengthwise, leaving one end connected so it stays together. 3. Braid the strips gently, just like braiding hair, and tuck the end under to secure. 4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, add the garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes. 5. Stir in the honey until well combined and keep warm. 6. Lightly coat the braided salmon with all-purpose seasoning and sprinkle on crushed red pepper if desired. 7. Preheat a flat top griddle, skillet, or large pan over medium heat. 8. Preheat the Blackstone griddle, setting one zone to medium-high heat for the wings and lemon, and another zone to medium heat for the vegetables. Pat the chicken wings dry, then season them evenly with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Chicken and Herb seasoning. Set them aside while you prepare the vegetables. 2. On the medium heat zone, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add the potatoes, carrots, and onions. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of Chicken and Herb seasoning. Pour in a splash of chicken broth to help steam, then cook the vegetables, flipping occasionally, until golden brown and fork-tender, about 15–20 minutes. 3. While the vegetables cook, drizzle oil on the medium-high heat zone and add the wings in a single layer. Sear them for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown, then sprinkle the chopped rosemary and thyme directly over the wings so the herbs toast and release their aroma. Add 2 tablespoons butter and ¼ cup chicken broth near the wings, and use a spatula to baste them in the buttery herb mixture. From sizzling sausage to crispy hash browns and perfectly cooked eggs, it's a breakfast made with plenty of flavor and Southern charm. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat. Place the sausage patties on the hot surface and let them cook for about 45 seconds before flipping. Press them down with a hamburger press if you'd like them thinner. Cook for a total of 6–8 minutes or until well-browned and fully cooked through. 2. Next, add the frozen hash browns to the griddle. Spread them out and let them cook undisturbed so they get crispy. Flip after a few minutes and cook until golden on both sides. Always use frozen hash browns so they don’t fall apart. 3. While everything cooks, butter the English muffins and place them cut-side down on the griddle. Toast until golden brown, then remove and set aside. 4. Crack the eggs onto the griddle, using egg rings if you have them. Break the yolks and season with salt, pepper, and a few drops of hot sauce. On another section of the griddle, lay out the bacon strips and cook until crispy. 4. After about 5 minutes, flip the chicken. To ensure it cooks through, place a dome over it and add a splash of water to steam for a couple of minutes. 5. Once the bacon is cooked through and crispy, remove it from the griddle and place it on paper towels to drain excess grease. 6. Use the leftover bacon grease to toast your buns on the griddle for 1–2 minutes or until they’re golden and crispy. 7. Place slices of cheese on the chicken and drizzle with BBQ sauce. Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Bread Ingredients: 3/4 cup creamy Peanut Butter 2 lrg ripe Bananas, mashed 7 oz Chocolate Chips, divided 2 cups Flour 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 1-1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Cinnamon 3/4 cup Brown Sugar 1/3 cup Oil 1-1/2 tsp Vanilla 2 Eggs, roomtemp 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt Grease & line Loaf Pan (9.25×5.25×2.75) with Parchment Paper. Preheat Oven 350°F Combine Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, Baking Powder & Cinnamon, whisk well and set aside. Mix Brown Sugar & Oil. Add Vanilla and one Egg at a time. Mix in Greek Yogurt, Bananas & Peanut Butter. Incorporate Flour Mixture in batches, scrape down sides of bowl. Fold in 6 oz of Chocolate Chips. Fill prepared Loaf Pan, smooth out Batter. Pig Beach Pub Style Burger Sliders: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/pig-beach-pub-style-burger-sliders Ingredients For the Sliders 1½ lbs 80/20 ground beef (divided into 6 equal portions) Slider buns or soft dinner rolls 6 slices pepper jack cheese 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced Lettuce (shredded or leaf) Tomato slices Salt and black pepper, to taste Oil or butter for the griddle Optional: butter for toasting buns Special Sauce 2 tbsp Duke’s mayo 1 tbsp A-1 sauce 1 tbsp BBQ sauce 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce ½ tsp Blackstone Steakhouse Seasoning (or your favorite steakhouse blend) Directions 1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle with two zones: medium heat for onions and buns, and medium-high heat for the burgers. 2. Add oil or butter to the medium heat zone and toss in the sliced onions. Cook them low and slow, stirring occasionally, for about 10–12 minutes until they are golden brown and soft. Once done, move them to a cooler part of the griddle or keep warm in a foil pouch. 3. Divide the ground beef into 6 equal portions (about 4 ounces each). Gently form each portion into a thick slider-sized patty without overworking the meat. Place the patties on the hot side of the griddle and lightly press down just enough to flatten slightly while keeping their thickness. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the patties for 3–4 minutes per side, flipping once, until a nice crust forms and juices run clear or they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
