Shrimp Stir-Fry Noodles: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/shrimp-stir-fry-noodles Ingredients Protein 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 tbsp oyster sauce Black pepper, to taste Noodles & Veggies 14–16 oz cooked lo mein noodles (rinsed and drained) 1 cup bok choy, chopped ½ cup shaved carrots ½ yellow onion, julienned ½ red bell pepper, julienned ¼ cup green onions, sliced (green parts only) Sauce 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp dark soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp Asian cooking wine 2 tsp honey 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste) 1 tsp sesame oil (add at the end) Other 2 tbsp olive oil (for the griddle) Directions 1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with oyster sauce and black pepper. Set aside while preparing the vegetables and sauce. 2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, honey, and chili garlic sauce. Stir well and set aside. 3. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high on one side and medium on the other. 4. Add olive oil to the hot side of the griddle and cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside. 5. Add a little more oil if needed, then toss on onions, red bell pepper, carrots, and bok choy. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp. 6. Add noodles to the griddle with the veggies and pour the sauce over top. Toss everything together for 2–3 minutes until evenly coated and heated through. 7. Return shrimp to the griddle, drizzle sesame oil over the top, and toss once more before removing from heat. 8. Serve immediately, topped with green onions and, if desired, extra chili garlic sauce or lime wedges. Friday night means fajita date night with Taylor. Watch as she whips up flavorful steak fajitas in under ten minutes, complete with sizzling veggies and all the fixings. A quick, easy, and delicious meal perfect for a cozy night in. Date Night Fajitas: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/date-night-fajitas Ingredients 1 ½ lbs skirt steak, sliced into thin strips 1 sweet onion, sliced 1 green bell pepper, sliced 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced 1 red bell pepper, sliced 1 taco seasoning packet Avocado oil Greek yogurt (or sour cream) Guacamole Shredded lettuce 1 lime, cut into wedges Directions 1. Turn your griddle to high heat. Place a cast iron skillet on top so both heat up together until very hot. 2. Slice all vegetables and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with avocado oil and sprinkle in half of the taco seasoning. Toss until evenly coated. 3. In a separate bowl, combine the sliced skirt steak with the remaining taco seasoning. Mix until all pieces are well coated. 4. On the hot griddle, add a drizzle of oil and the seasoned veggies. Sauté for 2–3 minutes without stirring to get a nice sear, then toss and cook for another couple of minutes until slightly softened. 5. On the other side of the griddle, spread the steak strips in a single layer so each piece makes full contact with the surface. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until nicely browned and crisp on the edges. 6. Mix the cooked veggies and steak together on the griddle. Let them sit together for 1–2 minutes to meld the flavors. 7. Move the fajita mixture to one side of the griddle. Add a splash of water to clean the surface, scraping any bits into the trough. Warm tortillas in the center of the griddle for about 1 minute per side, then transfer them to a plate. 8. Once the cast iron skillets are piping hot (a few drops of water should instantly steam), divide the fajita mixture evenly between them. 9. Arrange Greek yogurt, guacamole, shredded lettuce, and lime wedges in small bowls for serving. 10. Assemble your own fajitas and enjoy your date night! Simple and sweet, this 5 ingredient apple crumble recipe is an easy to make vegan fall treat. Ingredients 6 apples (you can use any apples you prefer) 3/4 cup of coconut sugar 1/4 cup of water 1 cup of oat flour 1/4 cup of vegan butter Directions 1. Preheat oven to 375F. 2. Peel and slice apples into small pieces, removing the cores and seeds. Heat a large frying pan to medium heat and add in apple pieces. Add in 1/2 cup of coconut sugar and water. Mix well and cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until the apples begin to soften and turn slightly brown. 3. While apples are cooking, add oat flour, 1/4 cup of coconut sugar and vegan butter to a bowl. Mix until the oat flour becomes crumbly and has a bread crumb like texture. 4. Once apples are done, carefully add the to a pie or casserole dish. Sprinkle with oat flour crumble. 5. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. 6. Serve and enjoy! After picking up fresh roasted Pueblo chilies, he shows how to turn them into a smoky, flavorful masterpiece right on the griddle. Set your Blackstone griddle to high heat. 2. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of each brioche bun. 3. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions (about 2–3 oz each) and roll into balls. 4. Lightly oil the griddle, then place the meatballs on top. 5. Using a burger press or sturdy spatula with parchment paper between the tool and meat, firmly smash each ball into a thin patty. 6. Season with SPG (or salt, pepper, and garlic). 7. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until well browned and cooked through. 8. During the last minute, top each patty with a slice of smokehouse cheddar. Remove from heat once melted. 9. Place the roasted green chiles on the griddle for a minute or two to heat through. 10. Spray four Blackstone egg rings with nonstick spray. Crack one egg into each and cook sunny-side up, leaving the yolk runny. 11. Place the buns mayo-side down on the griddle until golden. 12. Remove and spread a bit more mayo on the toasted sides. 13. Stack two patties per burger for a double. 14. Layer on the warmed green chiles and top each with a fried egg. 15. Finish with the top bun. 16. Serve and enjoy! Sweet, salty, and made in under ten minutes, this creative twist is perfect for impressing guests at your next brunch. Pancake Tacos: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/pancake-tacos Ingredients Pancake Tacos: 2 (4 oz) packages pre-diced pancetta 2 cups pancake mix (follow box directions or see below for Kodiak mix recipe) 1 cup water 1 cup milk 2 tbsp salted butter Whipped cream Maple syrup Confectioners’ sugar Peach Compote: 1 stick salted butter 4 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 peach, diced (leave the skin on) 1 tsp arrowroot powder or cornstarch Avocado oil Directions 1. Preheat the griddle to medium-high heat. Place a small pot on the back corner of the griddle to preheat. 2. Add the pancetta to the griddle and sauté for about 2 minutes, tossing occasionally. Continue cooking until the pancetta is fully crisp and golden, then remove it from the griddle and set aside. 3. Dice the peach into small pieces, leaving the skin on. 4. Once the pot is heated, add the butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract to start the peach compote. 5. Add a small amount of avocado oil to the griddle and sauté the diced peaches over medium heat for 3–4 minutes, tossing halfway through to allow the natural sugars to caramelize. 6. Transfer the sautéed peaches to the pot with the butter mixture and stir to combine. In a small bowl, mix the arrowroot or cornstarch with an equal amount of water to make a slurry, then slowly whisk it into the pot until the compote thickens. Keep warm on low heat. 7. In a medium bowl, combine the pancake mix, water, and milk, and stir until smooth. 8. Lower the griddle heat to medium-low. Melt the butter on the surface and pour small amounts of pancake batter to form mini pancakes that will act as taco shells. 9. Cook the pancakes for 2–3 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. 10. Remove the pancakes from the griddle and place them in a taco holder so they fold in half while still warm. 11. Fill each pancake taco with a spoonful of peach compote and a handful of crispy pancetta. 12. Top each with whipped cream, a sprinkle of confectioners’ sugar, and a drizzle of maple syrup. 13. Serve immediately and enjoy! Preheat your Blackstone griddle to low heat. 2. Drizzle cooking oil on the griddle, add the minced garlic, and stir while it heats until fragrant. 3. Increase the heat to medium-high, add the chorizo, and cook until fully browned. Remove from the griddle and set aside. 4. Reduce the griddle to low heat, place the tortillas on the surface, flip once, and cook until lightly browned and warmed through. Remove from the heat. 5. Spread refried beans over each tortilla, then top with cooked chorizo and both shredded cheeses. Drizzle a small amount of water on the griddle and cover the pizzas with a lid or basting dome for a few minutes to melt the cheese. 6. Stovetop Skillet Pizza Ingredients: 250 gr Flour 1/4 tsp Salt 1 tsp Italian Seasoning 2 tsp Baking Powder 150 ml cold Water Oil Topping: Pizza Sauce Cheddar Cheese, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 1/4 Red Onion, sliced 1 Sweet Pepper, sliced 2-3 Honey Ham Slices, diced 2 Green Onions, chopped Pour Flour, Salt, Italian Seasoning, Baking Powder on Table. Make a well and fill with Water. Use a fork and slowly work everything together. Knead long enough until the Dough comes together. Form a ball & set aside. On high heat, add 1 tbsp Oil to large Skillet. Sauté Red Onion & Sweet Pepper, season with Salt & Italian Seasoning, set aside. Press and form the Dough out to approx. 10" In same Skillet on med/high heat add a little Oil. Place Dough in Skillet and cover. Cook until golden & bubbles. Flip the Crust over. Top with Pizza Sauce, Cheddar Cheese, Onion/ Sweet Pepper, Ham and Mozzarella Cheese. Cover with Lid and cook on med heat until bottom is cooked thru & crisp. Preheat the griddle to medium-high and drizzle with avocado oil. 2. Add the broccoli, zucchini, tomatoes, and onion to the griddle. Season with oregano, paprika, and Mrs. Dash, then splash with water to steam and toss well. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5–8 minutes. 3. On the other side of the griddle, drizzle oil and spread evenly. Place a sheet of parchment paper on top, drizzle a little more oil, and lay the fish filets on the parchment. Season with paprika, pepper, and Mrs. Dash. 4. Cook the fish for 2–3 minutes per side, flipping carefully until cooked through. 5. In the center of the griddle, add the rice with a splash of water. Toss gently and allow it to steam until warmed. 6. Assemble the dish by layering rice first, followed by vegetables, then cod. 7. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve immediately or pack into a to-go container. Mandarin Orange Chocolate Chip Muffins Ingredients: 1 cup Mandarin Oranges (reserve some Syrup) 12 Mandarin Orange Segments 3/4 cup semisweet Chocolate Chips 48 semisweet Chocolate Chips 1-3/4 cups Flour 1-1/2 tsp Baking Powder 3/4 tsp Nutmeg 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 cup Butter, soft 2/3 cup Sugar 2 Eggs, roomtemp 2 tsp Mandarin Orange Syrup 6 oz Sour Cream Turbinado Sugar to sprinkle Preheat Oven 425°F Line Tin with Muffin Liners. Combine Flour, Baking Powder, Nutmeg, Baking Soda & Salt. Whisk well, set aside. Cream together Butter and Sugar. Add Eggs one at a time, Syrup and Sour Cream. Scrape down sides of bowl. Incorporate Flour Mixture in batches. Scrape down sides of bowl. Fold in 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips & 1 cup Mandarin Oranges. Equally fill Muffin Liners with Batter. Pat the chicken thighs dry and season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. 2. Place the chicken pieces in a resealable bag with ¾ cup teriyaki sauce and garlic. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours. 2. Preheat the Blackstone griddle on high heat. 3. Drizzle oil onto the hot griddle and spread it evenly. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until it is about three-quarters done, then push it to one side. 4. Add a little more oil to the other side of the griddle. This Fruit Salad is a mix of fresh Fruits, tossed with a Lime Honey Dressing. A refreshing Appetizer, Side Dish, Dessert or Picnic Item. Fruit Salad Ingredients: 2 cups Cherries 2 cups Strawberries 1-2 cups Kiwi 3 cups Watermelon (Cubes) 3 cups Cantaloupe (Pieces) 3 cups Plums 3 cups Pears (Pieces) Juice of large Lime Zest of a Lime 1-2 tsp Honey Combine Lime Juice, Zest and Honey. (add more Honey if you like it sweeter) Whisk well, set aside. (Note: Cut the Fruits in approx. the same size.) Peel and slice Kiwis. Remove Watermelon Rind and cut in Cubes. Check the salmon fillet for bones and remove any you find. 2. Slice the fillet into three long strips lengthwise, leaving one end connected so it stays together. 3. Braid the strips gently, just like braiding hair, and tuck the end under to secure. 4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, add the garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes. 5. Stir in the honey until well combined and keep warm. 6. Lightly coat the braided salmon with all-purpose seasoning and sprinkle on crushed red pepper if desired. 7. Preheat a flat top griddle, skillet, or large pan over medium heat. 8. Place the salmon on the cooking surface and cook slowly to keep it tender. 9. Flip carefully after several minutes once the first side has developed color. 10. Preheat the griddle to high heat and place the cast iron skillet on top; let it heat for about 5 minutes. 2. Season the chicken thighs with salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper, and Tuscan Herb seasoning. 3. On the other side of the griddle set to medium-high, add a drizzle of avocado oil and sear the chicken for about 5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. 4. While the chicken cooks, add butter, shallots, and garlic to the heated skillet and sauté until the shallots are translucent and fragrant. 5. Stir in the coconut milk and almond milk, then season with the remaining 1 teaspoon of pepper. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until fully melted and incorporated. 6. In a small cup, mix the arrowroot powder (or cornstarch) with water. Slowly whisk the slurry into the sauce and stir until it thickens to your desired consistency. 7. Preheat the Blackstone griddle, setting one zone to medium-high heat for the wings and lemon, and another zone to medium heat for the vegetables. Pat the chicken wings dry, then season them evenly with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Chicken and Herb seasoning. Set them aside while you prepare the vegetables. 2. On the medium heat zone, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add the potatoes, carrots, and onions. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of Chicken and Herb seasoning. Pour in a splash of chicken broth to help steam, then cook the vegetables, flipping occasionally, until golden brown and fork-tender, about 15–20 minutes. 3. While the vegetables cook, drizzle oil on the medium-high heat zone and add the wings in a single layer. Sear them for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown, then sprinkle the chopped rosemary and thyme directly over the wings so the herbs toast and release their aroma. From sizzling sausage to crispy hash browns and perfectly cooked eggs, it's a breakfast made with plenty of flavor and Southern charm. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat. Place the sausage patties on the hot surface and let them cook for about 45 seconds before flipping. Press them down with a hamburger press if you'd like them thinner. Cook for a total of 6–8 minutes or until well-browned and fully cooked through. 2. Next, add the frozen hash browns to the griddle. Spread them out and let them cook undisturbed so they get crispy. Flip after a few minutes and cook until golden on both sides. Always use frozen hash browns so they don’t fall apart. 3. While everything cooks, butter the English muffins and place them cut-side down on the griddle. Toast until golden brown, then remove and set aside. 4. Crack the eggs onto the griddle, using egg rings if you have them. Break the yolks and season with salt, pepper, and a few drops of hot sauce. Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies (22-24) Ingredients: 1 cup Hershey's Chocolate Chunks 1/2 cup Butter, soft 2 Eggs, roomtemp 1 tsp Vanilla 15.25 oz Chocolate Cake or Devils Food Cake Mix 1/2 tsp Baking Powder Glaze: 1 cup Powdered Sugar, sifted 1 tbsp Milk 1 tbsp Butter, melted 1 tsp Vanilla Topping: 6 Hershey's Snack Size Bars, broken up Cream Butter, add one Egg at a time & Vanilla. Incorporate Cake Mix and Baking Powder. Fold in Chocolate Chunks. Cover with Plastic Wrap and refrigerate 60-90 Minutes. Line Cookie Sheet with Parchment Paper. Preheat Oven 350°F Drop spoonful of Dough equally (2") apart on Cookie Sheet. Bake 10-12 Minutes, until set. Rest 2 Minutes on Cookie Sheet. Cool completely on Wire Rack. Incorporate Flour Mixture in batches. Fold in Cherries. Fill Muffin Liners equally with Batter. Sprinkle lightly with Turbinado Sugar. Heat your griddle to medium-high and add a bit of avocado oil. 2. Butterfly the chicken breasts and season them generously with whiskey burger seasoning. Place the chicken on the griddle to cook. 3. On another section of the griddle, lay out the bacon strips and cook until crispy. 4. After about 5 minutes, flip the chicken. To ensure it cooks through, place a dome over it and add a splash of water to steam for a couple of minutes. 5. Once the bacon is cooked through and crispy, remove it from the griddle and place it on paper towels to drain excess grease. 6. Use the leftover bacon grease to toast your buns on the griddle for 1–2 minutes or until they’re golden and crispy. 7. Place slices of cheese on the chicken and drizzle with BBQ sauce. Let it melt while the buns finish toasting. 8. Start with a smear of mayo on the bottom bun. Stack the chicken, onions, pickles, a tomato slice, bacon, lettuce, crispy onion straws, and a final drizzle of BBQ sauce. Top with the other half of the bun. 9. Pound the chicken breasts using a meat mallet to flatten and even out their thickness. In a bowl, toss the chicken with mayonnaise to coat evenly, then season generously with Blackstone Chicken Griddle Seasoning. Let the chicken marinate for at least 20 minutes or overnight if possible. 2. Preheat your griddle to medium to medium-low heat. On one side, cook the bacon strips slowly until crispy. Breakfast Croissant - Eggs, Brie & Bacon (2) Ingredients: 2 Butter Croissants 4 Eggs Salt to taste Pepper to taste 1 tbs Green Onions, chopped 1 tbsp Butter (more melted Butter to brush) 2 cooked Bacon Strips, cut in half 2 Slices of Brie, cut in half Slice Croissants in half lengthwise. Brush with melted Butter. Lightly toast cut Sides. Combine Eggs, Salt, Pepper & Green Onions. Mix well. Melt Butter in small Skillet on med/high. Pour in Egg Mixture, cover with Lid. Cook until just about to set. Turn down heat to low. Cut Eggs in half, top each side with Brie Slices. Place Bacon Strips on top of Cheese. Cover with Lid until Brie starts to melt.
