Sweet, salty, and made in under ten minutes, this creative twist is perfect for impressing guests at your next brunch. Pancake Tacos: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/pancake-tacos Ingredients Pancake Tacos: 2 (4 oz) packages pre-diced pancetta 2 cups pancake mix (follow box directions or see below for Kodiak mix recipe) 1 cup water 1 cup milk 2 tbsp salted butter Whipped cream Maple syrup Confectioners’ sugar Peach Compote: 1 stick salted butter 4 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 peach, diced (leave the skin on) 1 tsp arrowroot powder or cornstarch Avocado oil Directions 1. Preheat the griddle to medium-high heat. Place a small pot on the back corner of the griddle to preheat. 2. Add the pancetta to the griddle and sauté for about 2 minutes, tossing occasionally. Continue cooking until the pancetta is fully crisp and golden, then remove it from the griddle and set aside. 3. Dice the peach into small pieces, leaving the skin on. 4. Once the pot is heated, add the butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract to start the peach compote. 5. Add a small amount of avocado oil to the griddle and sauté the diced peaches over medium heat for 3–4 minutes, tossing halfway through to allow the natural sugars to caramelize. 6. Transfer the sautéed peaches to the pot with the butter mixture and stir to combine. In a small bowl, mix the arrowroot or cornstarch with an equal amount of water to make a slurry, then slowly whisk it into the pot until the compote thickens. Keep warm on low heat. 7. In a medium bowl, combine the pancake mix, water, and milk, and stir until smooth. 8. Lower the griddle heat to medium-low. Melt the butter on the surface and pour small amounts of pancake batter to form mini pancakes that will act as taco shells. 9. Cook the pancakes for 2–3 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. 10. Remove the pancakes from the griddle and place them in a taco holder so they fold in half while still warm. 11. Fill each pancake taco with a spoonful of peach compote and a handful of crispy pancetta. 12. Top each with whipped cream, a sprinkle of confectioners’ sugar, and a drizzle of maple syrup. 13. Serve immediately and enjoy! Preheat your Blackstone griddle to low heat. 2. Drizzle cooking oil on the griddle, add the minced garlic, and stir while it heats until fragrant. 3. Increase the heat to medium-high, add the chorizo, and cook until fully browned. Remove from the griddle and set aside. 4. Reduce the griddle to low heat, place the tortillas on the surface, flip once, and cook until lightly browned and warmed through. Remove from the heat. 5. Spread refried beans over each tortilla, then top with cooked chorizo and both shredded cheeses. Drizzle a small amount of water on the griddle and cover the pizzas with a lid or basting dome for a few minutes to melt the cheese. 6. Stovetop Skillet Pizza Ingredients: 250 gr Flour 1/4 tsp Salt 1 tsp Italian Seasoning 2 tsp Baking Powder 150 ml cold Water Oil Topping: Pizza Sauce Cheddar Cheese, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 1/4 Red Onion, sliced 1 Sweet Pepper, sliced 2-3 Honey Ham Slices, diced 2 Green Onions, chopped Pour Flour, Salt, Italian Seasoning, Baking Powder on Table. Make a well and fill with Water. Use a fork and slowly work everything together. Knead long enough until the Dough comes together. Form a ball & set aside. On high heat, add 1 tbsp Oil to large Skillet. Sauté Red Onion & Sweet Pepper, season with Salt & Italian Seasoning, set aside. Press and form the Dough out to approx. 10" In same Skillet on med/high heat add a little Oil. Place Dough in Skillet and cover. Cook until golden & bubbles. Flip the Crust over. Top with Pizza Sauce, Cheddar Cheese, Onion/ Sweet Pepper, Ham and Mozzarella Cheese. Cover with Lid and cook on med heat until bottom is cooked thru & crisp. Remove Lid and sprinkle with Green Onions. Enjoy!

Preheat the griddle to medium-high and drizzle with avocado oil. 2. Add the broccoli, zucchini, tomatoes, and onion to the griddle. Season with oregano, paprika, and Mrs. Dash, then splash with water to steam and toss well. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5–8 minutes. 3. On the other side of the griddle, drizzle oil and spread evenly. Place a sheet of parchment paper on top, drizzle a little more oil, and lay the fish filets on the parchment. Season with paprika, pepper, and Mrs. Dash. 4. Cook the fish for 2–3 minutes per side, flipping carefully until cooked through. 5. In the center of the griddle, add the rice with a splash of water. Combine Flour, Baking Powder, Nutmeg, Baking Soda & Salt. Whisk well, set aside. Cream together Butter and Sugar. Add Eggs one at a time, Syrup and Sour Cream. Scrape down sides of bowl. Incorporate Flour Mixture in batches. Scrape down sides of bowl. Fold in 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips & 1 cup Mandarin Oranges. Equally fill Muffin Liners with Batter. Pat the chicken thighs dry and season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. 2. So easy to make astonishing homemade Watermelon Slushy. It is great on a hot day, a treat after a work out or a refreshing drink after school. No matter when you enjoy it, it's always refreshing & delicious.. Watermelon Slushy Ingredients: 4-5 cups Watermelon Chunks, frozen (best overnight) Juice of 1/2 Lemon Pinch of Salt 2 tbs Maple Syrup (more or less to your liking) 1/2 -1 cup Ice cold Water, or as needed Remove rind from Watermelon, cut in Chunks. Freeze best overnight. Blend portion of Watermelon, Lemon Juice, Salt and Maple Syrup. Add Water and blend again. Place the chicken pieces in a resealable bag with ¾ cup teriyaki sauce and garlic. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours. 2. Check the salmon fillet for bones and remove any you find. 2. Slice the fillet into three long strips lengthwise, leaving one end connected so it stays together. 3. Braid the strips gently, just like braiding hair, and tuck the end under to secure. 4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, add the garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes. 5. Stir in the honey until well combined and keep warm. 6. Lightly coat the braided salmon with all-purpose seasoning and sprinkle on crushed red pepper if desired. 7. Preheat a flat top griddle, skillet, or large pan over medium heat. 8. Place the salmon on the cooking surface and cook slowly to keep it tender. 9. Flip carefully after several minutes once the first side has developed color. 10. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top while cooking. 11. Continue cooking until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily, about 8–12 minutes total depending on thickness. 12. Preheat the griddle to high heat and place the cast iron skillet on top; let it heat for about 5 minutes. 2. Season the chicken thighs with salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper, and Tuscan Herb seasoning. 3. On the other side of the griddle set to medium-high, add a drizzle of avocado oil and sear the chicken for about 5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. 4. While the chicken cooks, add butter, shallots, and garlic to the heated skillet and sauté until the shallots are translucent and fragrant. 5. Stir in the coconut milk and almond milk, then season with the remaining 1 teaspoon of pepper. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until fully melted and incorporated. 6. In a small cup, mix the arrowroot powder (or cornstarch) with water. Slowly whisk the slurry into the sauce and stir until it thickens to your desired consistency. 7. Remove the cooked chicken from the griddle and slice it into strips. 8. Add the al dente fettuccine noodles to the sauce and stir to coat. Let the noodles simmer in the sauce for 1–2 minutes. 9. Individual Crustless Mushroom Spinach Quiche Ingredients: 6 Eggs 1-1/2 cups Half & Half 8 oz Mushrooms (assortment) sliced 1-1/2 tbsp Butter, plus more 1/2 cup Onions, diced 1/4 tsp Salt 3 Pinches Pepper, divided 1-1/2 tsp Oregano 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped & divided 1 cup Spinach, frozen/ thawed 3 oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded 4 - 5.5" Ramekins Heat Butter in Skillet. From sizzling sausage to crispy hash browns and perfectly cooked eggs, it's a breakfast made with plenty of flavor and Southern charm. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat. Place the sausage patties on the hot surface and let them cook for about 45 seconds before flipping. Press them down with a hamburger press if you'd like them thinner. Cook for a total of 6–8 minutes or until well-browned and fully cooked through. 2. Next, add the frozen hash browns to the griddle. Spread them out and let them cook undisturbed so they get crispy. Flip after a few minutes and cook until golden on both sides. Always use frozen hash browns so they don’t fall apart. 3. While everything cooks, butter the English muffins and place them cut-side down on the griddle. Toast until golden brown, then remove and set aside. 4. Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies (22-24) Ingredients: 1 cup Hershey's Chocolate Chunks 1/2 cup Butter, soft 2 Eggs, roomtemp 1 tsp Vanilla 15.25 oz Chocolate Cake or Devils Food Cake Mix 1/2 tsp Baking Powder Glaze: 1 cup Powdered Sugar, sifted 1 tbsp Milk 1 tbsp Butter, melted 1 tsp Vanilla Topping: 6 Hershey's Snack Size Bars, broken up Cream Butter, add one Egg at a time & Vanilla. Incorporate Cake Mix and Baking Powder. Fold in Chocolate Chunks. Cover with Plastic Wrap and refrigerate 60-90 Minutes. Line Cookie Sheet with Parchment Paper. Preheat Oven 350°F Drop spoonful of Dough equally (2") apart on Cookie Sheet. Bake 10-12 Minutes, until set. Rest 2 Minutes on Cookie Sheet. Cool completely on Wire Rack. What do you put on your dogs? Combine Flour, Baking Soda, Salt & Baking Powder, whisk well & set aside. Cream together Butter & Sugar. Add Eggs one at a time, Vanilla & Greek Yogurt. Scrape down sides of bowl. Incorporate Flour Mixture in batches. Fold in Cherries. Fill Muffin Liners equally with Batter. Sprinkle lightly with Turbinado Sugar. Bake for 5 Minutes, lower Temperature to 375°F and continue baking until tester comes out clean, 18-20 Minutes. Rest Muffins 2 Minutes in Tin. Cool completely on Wire Rack. Enjoy!
