AM Workout Session: Chest And Front Delts
This is the "Pump" Day for Chest, Front Delts and Legs. I decided to split the workouts into AM and PM sessions. This helps me to to decrease fatigue at the end of the workout. It was NOT done to increase volume, work load, etc.
I'm still following the Ironman Positions Of Flexion principles. The chest work acts as the midrange movement for front delts. The cable front raise covers bothe the stretch and contracted positions. The incline and flat dumbbell bench press covers the midrange position for chest. The cable crossover motion covers the stretch and contracted position.
This workout was using the "4x" loading. You can see the short rest intervals during the presses. I cut the rest periods for the other exercises out of the video because I prefer to wak around during the rest periods. I didn't think any empty screen made for a good video, but maybe you'd enjoy that more than seeing and hearing me.
