Just driving along today… and end up behind this truck with insulation flying out of the trailer and wood boards bouncing around — not even tied down.
This is more than sloppy — it’s dangerous:
❌ Flying debris can cause accidents or serious injuries
❌ Loose boards could smash into another vehicle
❌ If police caught this, the driver would be facing a hefty fine (and possibly worse)
In property management, we’re always thinking about safety and liability — and this is a perfect example of why. Whether it’s securing a property or securing a load, the rules exist to protect people.
