🏠 The cleaners 🧹 came… but they left food behind. Guess who’s bringing the trash bag later 😅

Just finished inspecting this home after the cleaning crew came through. While the place does look much cleaner overall and definitely more appealing for potential tenants… they didn’t quite finish the job.

👀 What they missed:

Old food still left behind in the kitchen

Random cleaning supplies still sitting around

When we hire cleaners, the assignment is simple: everything out, spotless and ready for tenants. Leaving food and supplies behind means I’ll have to come back later with a trash bag and handle the last bit myself.

That said, the home does look much better now — brighter, fresher, and closer to move-in ready. First impressions matter in property management, and having a clean, inviting property is key to attracting good tenants quickly.

💡 Takeaway: Sometimes you can’t rely 100% on vendors to get it perfect. As the property manager, it’s your job to double-check the details and make sure the home is truly showing ready.

Another stop, another little cleanup, another step toward getting this home rented.
