AM Workout Session: Lower Body

Hey y'all! It's time for a morning session focused on lower body training. This workout includes belt squats, lunges, leg extension, single leg 45 degree hypers, seated leg curls, and a "donkey" calf raise.

This routine effectively targets the legs using the Positions of Flexion principles. It incorporates a midrange/compound movement, contracted position, and stretch position for quads and hamstrings. With just 2-3 exercises, each muscle group can be trained thoroughly. It's fairly simple, BUT it is not easy!
