Headed out today to meet up with a condo owner who wanted to talk about renting out his property. But when I showed up… no owner. 🤔

Did he forget? Is he running late? Or maybe this is his way of ghosting me? Sometimes in property management, you’ll line up meetings that don’t pan out exactly as planned.

Here’s the reality:

Not every homeowner follows through on schedule

Meetings get missed, calls get dropped, and sometimes people just disappear

As a property manager, you’ve got to be ready to pivot when that happens

👉 So what’s the plan?
First, give him a call — maybe it was just an oversight. If not, no problem. There are always other properties, tenants, and tasks waiting. The key is not to let one missed appointment throw off your whole day.

💡 Lesson: Bounce back quickly. In this business, time is money, and flexibility is everything.

Missed meetings happen, but the work never stops.
