Hey Y'all! It's time to switch focus from fat loss to muscle building. Here's a recap of the first week and what I am planning on doing. The goal is to gain some muscle and limit the fat gain as much as possible. This does not mean no fat will be gained...that would be impossible. However, I do want to maximize the muscle to fat ratio as best I can.
