The glitz, glamour, and unbridled decadence of the 80s are back in Yakuza 0.

Fight like hell through Tokyo and Osaka with protagonist Kazuma Kiryu and series regular Goro Majima. Play as Kazuma Kiryu and discover how he finds himself in a world of trouble when a simple debt collection goes wrong and his mark winds up murdered. Then, step into the silver-toed shoes of Goro Majima and explore his “normal” life as the proprietor of a cabaret club.

Switch between three different fighting styles instantaneously and beat up all manner of goons, thugs, hoodlums, and lowlifes. Take combat up a notch by using environmental objects such as bicycles, sign posts, and car doors for bone-crunching combos and savage take-downs.
Fighting is not the only way to kill time in 1988’s Japan: from discos and hostess clubs to classic SEGA arcades, there are tons of distractions to pursue in the richly detailed, neon-lit world.

Chapter 8 - Tug of War:

Majima is lured to the Grand by a mysterious call, only to meet Homare Nishitani, the eccentric patriarch of the Kijin Clan who previously sent men after Makoto. Though Nishitani gives him no real answers, Majima grows increasingly anxious that Sagawa will discover Makoto is still alive and begins planning to flee Sotenbori. On the way, Majima is relentlessly hunted down and ambushed by Sagawa’s men, forcing players into chaotic brawls across the city. Tragedy strikes when Lee is killed by a car bomb, leaving Majima shaken and cornered. As Sagawa prepares to execute him at gunpoint, a mysterious gunman appears, shooting Sagawa and knocking Majima unconscious.

Chapter 9 - Ensnared:

Back in Kamurocho, Kiryu struggles to stay hidden as Dojima Family thugs swarm the streets, fresh off firebombing his apartment. While crossing through a park, he encounters Reina, who shows compassion and offers him shelter at Serena. Gameplay shifts into tense combat when Awano’s men ambush the bar, forcing Kiryu to fight them off to protect Reina and escape. Outside, Kuze, Awano, and Shibusawa confront him with their armies of goons, leading to yet another desperate showdown. Just as Awano prepares to finish Kiryu with a gun, Tachibana arrives in a sports car, pulling him to safety. Their escape sets up a dramatic turn, as Tachibana collapses and Oda reveals he requires emergency dialysis to survive.

Chapter 10 - A Man’s Worth:

Oda and Kiryu rush Tachibana to an underground clinic in Little Asia, where daily dialysis keeps him alive after losing his arm years ago. They meet Elder Chen, who grants sanctuary to Tachibana and Oda but denies Kiryu refuge, forcing him to seek shelter among the homeless of West Park. Soon after, Oda brings Kiryu to Tojo Clan headquarters, where Tachibana pleads with Second Chairman Takashi Nihara to pardon Kiryu’s life, offering one billion yen and his plan to stop Sohei Dojima’s rise. Players face a grueling gauntlet of battles against Nihara’s men as a test of their strength, proving Kiryu’s resolve. Victorious, the group escapes, and Tachibana reveals that the Empty Lot’s owner is Makoto Makimura, but warns that Shibusawa’s men are also closing in on her. With no time to waste, Kiryu and Oda set off for Sotenbori to find her before the Dojima Clan does.
