Headed out today to meet with a homeowner and discuss his rental property. These meetings are always important — we talk about the home’s condition, expectations for renting, and what steps need to be taken before the next tenant moves in.

After we wrapped up the business side of things, I got to enjoy a lighter moment: playing with his dog 🐶 before finishing off by taking professional photos of the home for marketing.
