Hey y'all! Here's a quick morning climbing session and a little bit of finger/grip training that I am currently performing.

Unfortunately, our training does not always transfer to our chosen sport. Why is that? Part of it comes down to coordination. There are different types of muscular coordination...maybe we are not working on the right one or all of them? Watch the video to see what I am currently doing and why.
