Hey y'all! Today's afternoon workout session focuses on the shoulders, triceps and forearms. We'll be using dumbbells and cables to target these areas.
We'll use the Dumbbell Upright Row and Cable Lateral Raise for shoulders, Pushdowns and Lying Tricep Extension for Triceps and Dumbbell Rockers for Forearms. This was a great workout...give it a shot and see what you think!
