Overpriced College Degrees

College price tags these days look like luxury home listings. But after graduation, that so-called ‘investment’ gets you a job market grinning with unpaid internships and salaries that can’t outrun your Sallie Mae. Meanwhile, Black grads are racking up the highest debt in the game, averaging over $53k just for the ‘privilege’ of fighting for the same jobs our parents were denied. They said education was the great equalizer, but all we got was a lifetime subscription to debt, denied promotions, and wealth gaps that just keep growing. At this rate, diplomas should come with a warning label: ‘May cause severe financial distress with minimal career advancement.’ The system isn’t broken, it’s fully rigged.
