AM Session: Chest and Front Delt Workout While Cutting

Hey y'all! Time for another morning workout during my cutting phase.

This workout is for chest and front delts. It includes the front delt/chest squeeze press, incline dumbbell press, flat bench dumbbell press, low to high cable fly/crossover, high to low cable crossover. This was getting pretty deep into my fat loss phase and a decrease in volume (i.e. number of sets) was required.

The decrease in volume allowed me to keep strength up and get a great workout. I was able to push each set and feel the muscles working. Give this workout a shot!
