How To Construct A Full Body(ish) Workout
Hey y'all! Life is getting in the way, so time to change things up.
I am going to try a fairly high frequency plan. To do so, I will have to train many muscle groups each day. This means there will be some upper body and lower body work on each training day. It's not truly full body since all muscles will not be worked each time.
I'm not sure how this will work, but it is worth doing the experiment. I'll keep you guys updated on how it goes.
