Hey y'all! Time for another home workout! This is another full body workout. It doesn't train every muscle group, but it does hit some upper body exercises and lower body exercises. This session is designed to gain muscle/maintain muscle during a fat loss phase.
This session includes cable side raises, incline dumbbell presses, incline front raises, lying tricep extensions, 1 arm cable pushdowns, high to low cable crossovers, leg extensions, squats and forearm rockers...I think that's everything. This workout combined with the previous video definitely works the entire body!
