Gonna go full circle here..
Ripped to adding a layer of subcutaneous FAT. this part, I don’t like where it forms on my body so time to do something about it follow along. I’m going strict discipline 30 days.
Track food
Same daily calisthenics workout 1 hour
Add in an evening walk after dinner (that’s the magic part)
