1 Peter 4:12-14 New King James Version
12 Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; 13 but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy. 14 If you are [a]reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. [b]On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified.

THE MESSAGE WILL NOT BE SILENCED! GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA EVERYONE!!! I keep reminding myself of this precious truth, especially after what took place over six weeks ago. I am especially really encouraged in the midst of what happened, because the one thing that I know is certain, and that is that the name of Jesus will never be silenced, and as His representative, I will not be ashamed to live and speak it.

I think that's why this question from this morning's devotional really has me thinking about this issue, and I wanted to share it with you guys tonight. Please read this question carefully, and I pray that God speaks to your heart through it.

How does persecution both trouble you and encourage you?

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God has been showing me not just from his word, but other passages of scripture, especially what he's been showing me throughout these last six weeks, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that it gives you boldness to live and speak the name of Jesus. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends and learn how to see when persecution is turned into something precious! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with this last question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that it will encourage you to be bold in your faith.

How do you think it can lead to joy?

In other words, guys, how do you think that persecution and opposition to the name of Jesus can lead to joy? I see that it does, through the countless people that are coming to Christ as a result of what happened to Charlie Kirk, and the over 100,000 new chapters of Turning Point USA that are coming into existence on college campuses and high schools everywhere. But most of all guys, I see what Dave Branon this morning's devotional writer is saying on this matter, and that is this. “When forces in our world stand against the truths and teachings of Scripture—especially the gospel—that’s not the time to give up. God moves in powerful ways when the church faces such difficulties.” This is when we need to submit ourselves to God and ask for help to remain faithful to Him. Because God can turn persecution and opposition into something precious if we let Him!

UNTIL MONDAY:

HAVE A VERY SWEET EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
