How To Perform Rack Pulls Properly

Hey y'all! Let's talk a lot more about rack pulls!

Rack Pulls are a great back exercise and deadlift accessory movement. We want to make sure that we know how to perform this movement so that we increase our strength and size without hurting our back!

I love this exercise and specifically this version that start just above knee height. Doing this with heavy weight and high reps is a "wonderful experience".
