Switching Things Up: New Upper Body Training Session

Hey y'all! Time for another workout. This is the first session after ending my fat loss phase. It is a full upper body session.

I'm trying something a little different than what I normally do. Hopefully, it will lead to building muscle and strength! I enjoy experimenting with things and seeing what works and what doesn't. Hope you enjoy following this process.
