🥘 INGREDIENTS
▢ 6 tablespoon butter
▢ 3 cups cornbread (crumbled, or cubed and dried)
▢ 4 strips bacon (cooked and crumbled, or use 2-3 strips thick-cut bacon)
▢ ½ cup yellow onion (diced, or use white onion)
▢ ½ cup celery (chopped)
▢ ¼ cup parsley (fresh, chopped)
▢ ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
▢ 2 large eggs (beaten)
▢ 1-1½ cups chicken stock
▢ 1 tablespoon ground sage
▢ 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or ¼ teaspoon ground thyme)
▢ 1 teaspoon each, salt & pepper (to taste)
