MARK KELLY. TREASON IN TWO FORMS

The republic cannot survive when its elected leaders use the military as a pawn in partisan warfare. It cannot endure when political factions train servicemembers to pick and choose which president deserves obedience. And it cannot remain stable when young troops are punished for the same rhetoric that senators use to score points on MSNBC.
Treason has two forms.
The first requires a trial.
The second requires only the courage of citizens to recognize it.
