Old School Hardgainer Routine : Day One

Hey y'all! Time for another workout in my home gym.

This is the first day of the Old School Hardgainer Routine. It consists of heavy, high rep, rest pause trap bar deadlifts, pullups, yates rows, side raise, front raises and incline dumbbell press. Only one set of each exercise, but each is taken to failure (except for the trap bar deadlifts).
