In this video I’m reacting to a clip from Liberal Hivemind about Tom Homan’s latest statements — calling out what he calls a “broken vetting process” for migrants from many “third-world countries,” and announcing a crackdown to safeguard American security and borders.

Here’s what I break down — and why I agree with Homan’s position:

Real vetting problems: Homan argues that many migrants from war-torn or failed-state nations often arrive with no valid travel documents or identification, making background checks unreliable.

National security & vetting failures: Given that many countries do not have reliable record-keeping or cooperation with U.S. intelligence, Homan contends there’s “no way to clearly vet these people 100%” — especially from regions with instability.

The consequences are real: After recent violent incidents involving migrants who entered under prior resettlement policies, Homan and the new administration say a review is necessary — and that many admitted under suspect conditions may be subject to deportation or stricter controls.
