Progress on Old School Hardgainer Routine

Hey y'all! Here's is Day One of my old school routine. I was able to add weight to the deadlifts...which means 325 pounds for 20 reps. That will make you breathe a little hard by the end! These are some hard workouts despite only doing 1 set per exercise. Often, by doing only one set, you can really focus and put all your effort into that set.
