Quick Arm Workout

Hey y'all! Here's a short video of a recent workout from arms and calves. I often superset biceps and triceps exercises. It leads to a nice pump and it is a more time efficient way to do the workout. I didn't progress as well as I would have liked for this workout, but I think that is due to some residual fatigue from working around the house. I had to cut down some limbs and trees with a rope saw. I like the rope saw, but it can be a little tiring.
