One Question That Could Save Your Life

Most people over 50 are asking the wrong questions.

They ask:
“Is this a good doctor?”
“Do I like them?”
“Do they take my insurance?”
Wrong.

Here’s the only question that matters:
👉 “If I live a few more years, what are the top five things most likely to kill me?”

Any competent doctor already knows the list:
Heart attack.
Diabetes.
Dementia.
Cancer.
Stroke.
Now comes the real test.

Ask them:
👉 “What do I need to change to avoid those?”

If the answer is:
“Eat better. Exercise. Balanced diet.”
Stand up.
Walk out.
Find another doctor.
Because the real issue isn’t vague advice.

The real issue is metabolic wellness.
And the real enemy is insulin resistance — driven by processed carbs and sugar.
Ignore that, and you’re playing defense with your life.
If your doctor doesn’t understand this…
They’re not your doctor.
