High Intensity Training: Back and Biceps!!

Hey y'all! The 4 day split was a little too much for me. So, I modified the plan and will be working out 3 days per week. Here is the first workout; Back and Biceps. You'll also get to see me figure out how to set everything up for the pullovers without pulling the machine down on me or off of the floor.

Also, I'm going to start to get back on the track soon. So I have added in some other training to help prepare me for that.
