New Training Plan: Russian Secrets??

Hey y'all! The principles behind this workout were learned by talking with Mark McLaughlin at Performance Training Center years ago (for years, I'm sure he got tired of all of my questions). I was also able to buy lectures from Val Nasedkin and Dr. Seluyanov. Then the best of all, I was able to buy a recorded lecture of Val Nasedkin and Roman Fomin discussing training, functional systems, these principles in depth, etc. So....this isn't exactly a "Secret Russian Training Program", but it also is not very well known. Hopefully the title and thumbnail made you laugh.

I have performed this type of training in the past with great results and I'm ready to give it another go. I made a lot of mistakes when I first tried to implement these ideas and principles. Luckily, the lectures were able to provide a lot of context and I know how to adapt things to me now as well.
