Training the Drag and Pullups on Small(ish) Edge!!

Hey y'all! This completes my finger training program/session. This video includes the 3 finger drag and pullups on a smaller edge. For climbing, we're often on small holds. So, we need to be comfortable on those small edges. I like doing some pullups on those small edges because I have to hang and pull through them. This also helps to build some of the intermuscular coordination involved in bouldering.
