Yates Rows and Single Leg Belt Squat!!

Hey y'all! I really want to train the fast twitch muscles in my legs (for sprinting) and my back (for climbing). I did two exercises for back, V Bar Pulldowns and Yates Rows. I am only doing one exercise for legs (Single Leg Belt Squat) since I also worked my lower body on the track.
