Layering Tights For A DEEP Blue Affect | Should Black Tights Be Layered Over Blue Ones?

Hello Everyone! In this video I am attempting to layer tights to make a beautiful deep blue color. I am unsure of where I found the blue tights, but they are a larger denier. And the second pair of tights are a Wolford Pure 10s, 10 Denier, size M, color black.
