Hey y'all! It's time to get back in shape and this training plan should help me do just that. Hard training can damage the mitochondria that produce the energy we need. Is there a way to generate new mitochondria or help them to recover? This is where High Intensity Continuous Training (HICT) comes into play. This method specifically targets glycolytic muscle fibers.
