Deception Tip 8 - Defensive Barriers

https://spencercoffman.com/deception-tip-8/ Anytime someone is lying, he or she will feel vulnerable. It is a feeling that can't be helped. There is a certain tension that occurs. Somewhere deep inside they wonder whether or not they will succeed in their lie.

As a result, liars may often cover this vulnerability by putting things between themselves and the target. Sort of like unconsciously covering the genitals back in Tip 6.

Deception Tip 8: Liars will often unconsciously place object(s) between themselves and the target as a defensive barrier.
