Did Evergreen signal the end of Maritime Admiralty Law? USS Durham, GA backstory

I look into the evergreen incident from a different angle, is this signaling to us the end of Maritime Admiralty Law and a return to our human sovereignty? Or did a ship just get stuck in a canal? The USS Durham was a navy ship that was destroyed in 2020 in a training exercise, used as a target, why was this ship destroyed? Did it serve a different purpose at some time? I look into the Georgia backstory more and try to put different pieces together. Facebook hacked, Spain mandates wearing masks at the beach. More news.
