GRIZZ HERE!!! Non-Scale Victory today! The shirt I am Wearing I could not wear just 3 weeks ago. This is such a good thing. I am still having some issues this morning. That is Okay because I woke up and able to enjoy one more day. Thank you to everyone who is supporting me in this it keeps me going and in a year I bet I look back and thank God for the learning experience here, For those who are concerned about this I do have a Cardiologist Appointment Monday. My your day be blessed and full of joy.
