Laugh At Yourself (2018)

Well "that" was embarrassing, haha!

What just happened on my way to the beach was pretty funny, (dorky) so I laughed at myself.

I promise you this--the more that you can laugh at yourself, be easy about things and not get stressed out or offended, and frankly give less shits caring what others think of you.

Your life will feel more joyful, free and you'll probably live longer too.
