Hot Cocoa Mix
2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups powdered milk
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

If you want to use the mix alone, use about half a cup to 1 cup of hot milk or hot water.

These cocoa bombs hold about 1/4 cup of mix. Because the outer shell is very sweet, you can still use one cup of hot milk or hot water.
