Ingredients:
250g oats
2 tablespoons of oats
1 teaspoon of honey
80ml water
1 pinch of salt
dehydrated peaches
dehydrated figs
cooking time: 30 minutes at 180 °, stir every 10 minutes.
Difficulty: 6/10
STEPS:
Take dehydrated fruit to taste. I used apricots. Cut it into small pieces.
Take another dehydrated fruit, in this case I used figs. Cut into small pieces.
Crumble 100 grams of walnuts
Add 250 grams of oats
Add a pinch of cinnamon
Add a pinch of salt
Add 80ml of water
Add two tablespoons of honey
mix
Spread on the pan
Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes
Try them in milk or yogurt!
