PASTA WITH FISH. EASY AND DELICIOUS!

Ingredients:
150 grams of plaice fish
80 grams of pasta
1 clove of garlic
extra virgin olive oil
2 glasses of water
1/2 glass of wine
soy sauce
coarse salt
tomato

You just have to cook the pasta for 10-15 minutes directly in the pan with the vegetables

STE:

Take a pan and add the extra virgin olive oil

Add a clove of garlic

Add 150 grams of plaice fish

Add 1/2 glass of white wine

Break the plaice fish into small pieces

Remove the garlic clove

Add 80 grams of pasta

Add 1 glass of water

Add 1 pinch of salt

Add the second glass of water

Add the tomato and mix

Allow the water to dry while cooking the pasta. You can add some soy sauce if you like.
