A great way to use up bread that would otherwise go stale and be wasted.
Wild garlic and herb coutons
Bread sliced into cubes
Half cup of oil
Wild Garlic
Linseeds\ Flax seeds
Sesame seeds
Salt & pepper to taste

Dip bread cubes into mixture and place on a baking tray
cook for 15 mins on medium heat
store in glass jars, place an oxygen absorber inside, and place on the pantry shelf till needed
