Delicious breakfast recipes: Zucchini cake

This recipe is so easy and delicious that you won't be able to do without it!

Ingredients:
3 courgettes
150 grams sugar
250 grams 2 eggs
60ml seed oil
100 grams of walnuts
1 sachet of yeast
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of baking soda

40 minutes in the oven at 180 °

STEPS:

Grate 3 courgettes

Add 2 eggs

Add 150 grams of sugar and mix

Add 60 ml of seed oil and mix

Add 250 grams of flour and mix

Add 1 sachet of baking powder, 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of baking soda and mix

Add 100 grams of walnuts

40 min 180°
